We make every effort to ship your order quickly! please allow 2-3 business days to process you order. For in-stock items add 3-5 business days for UPS shipping and if we do not have an item in-stock we will contact you about alternate sizes/style or any backorder delays.
Remember-do NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. we are located in Rhode Island (Alaska and Hawaii: please add 2-4 days for shipment)

Please remember that we are NOT LUCKY WANG AND ANYTHING ORDERED ONLINE CANNOT BE RETURNED TO THE NYC SHOPS they will not be accepted, and you will just be irritated...please just return online and we will do our best to take care of you in a fair way! Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for exchange or store credit, we are flexible--if you are fair then we will be as well. All clearance sales are final, no returns or credit.

How do I report damaged shipments? Please call us immediately at 401-284-4551 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Shop Lucky Wang MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
